苦荞重组自交系群体籽粒性状遗传变异分析 被引量:5

Genetic variation analysis of seed traits in recombinant inbred lines population of tartary buckwheat

摘要 为了研究苦荞遗传群体籽粒性状的遗传变异,探索影响苦荞籽粒产量的主要因素,筛选综合性状优良的株系,为苦荞育种提供理论依据和新材料。以小米荞与晋荞2号杂交获得的重组自交系群体为材料,对籽粒产量、千粒重、籽粒长宽比、籽粒面积、籽粒周长、籽粒直径、籽粒圆度等7个性状进行了相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:各性状变异系数为5.16%~25.45%,均存在双向超亲分离现象。籽粒产量与千粒重、籽粒直径、籽粒面积、籽粒周长呈极显著正相关。主成分分析将7个籽粒性状综合为2个主因子,前2个主成分累计贡献率达86.71%。基于籽粒性状的表型值,聚类分析将苦荞重组自交系(RILs)群体划分为7个不同的类群,其中C5和C7类群籽粒产量显著高于其他类群。千粒重、籽粒直径、籽粒面积、籽粒周长是影响籽粒产量的主要因素;结合籽粒性状主成分综合评价及聚类分析结果,C7类群的株系R166、R188、R78、R46、R112、R151籽粒性状较好,具有高产特性可作为高产苦荞的推荐材料。 To reveal the main factors affecting the seed yield of tartary buckwheat and select excellent lines,we analyzed the genetic variation of seed traits among the genetic population of tartary buckwheat.This study will provide a theoretical basis and materials for the breeding of tartary buckwheat varieties with high seed yield.In this study,seven seed-related traits were investigated in a tartary buckwheat recombinant inbred lines(XJ-RILs)population derived from the cross of‘Xiaomiqiao’and‘Jinqiao2’,including seed yield,1000-seed weight,seed length to width ratio,seed area,seed perimeter,seed diameter and seed roundness.Data collected on seed-related traits were subjected to correlation analysis,principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis.The coefficient variation of the tested traits ranged from 5.16% to 25.45%.Tremendous transgressive segregation for all traits was observed in the RILs population.Seed yield was significantly positively correlated with 1000-seed weight,seed diameter,seed area and seed perimeter.The first two axes of the PCA accounted for 86.71% of the total variation among the RILs population.The cluster analysis classified the RILs population into seven distinct groups.The mean value of seed yield of group C7 was significantly higher than other groups.1000-seed weight,seed diameter,seed area and seed perimeter were important factors affected the seed yield of tartary buckwheat.Combined with the results of PCA and cluster analysis,lines R166,R188,R78,R46,R112 and R151 belonged to group C7 have excellent seed traits and high seed yield,which could further be very useful for tartary buckwheat breeding.
