摘要
目的评价科室配置的中药含漱液干预恶性血液病患者化疗并发口腔溃疡的疗效。方法以恶性血液病化疗并发口腔溃疡的患者80例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法,将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。其中,治疗组40例给予中药汤剂含漱,对照组40例给予生理盐水含漱,每天三餐后和睡前各1次,每次30~50 ml,含漱3~5 min/次,漱口后半小时内禁食禁饮,14 d为一个疗程。结果治疗组、对照组口腔溃疡总有效率分别为90.0%、62.5%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第5天、第9天、第14天,治疗组患者疼痛缓解率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用科室配置的中药含漱液既能促进恶性血液病化疗引发的口腔溃疡愈合,又可减轻患者痛苦,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine gargle in the intervention of chemotherapy in patients with hematologic malignancies. Methods Patients with hematologic malignancies who underwent chemotherapy for malignant hematologic malignancies in our hospital were enrolled in the study. The randomized method was used. They were randomly divided into two groups. A total of 80 patients were enrolled,including 40 patients in the treatment group treated with Chinese herbal medicine gargle,and 40 patients in the control group were given saline gargle,three meals a day and one time before bedtime,30 ~ 50 m L each time,including 3 ~ 5 minutes/time,fasting and ban drinking within half an hour after gargle,14 days was a course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of oral ulcer in the treatment group and the control group was 90. 0% and 62. 5%,respectively. The treatment group was superior to the control group( P <0. 05). On the 5 th or 9 th and 14 th day of treatment,the pain relief rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The use of Chinese herbal medicine gargle can promote the healing of oral ulcer caused by chemotherapy for malignant hematological diseases,and it can alleviate the suffering of patients. It is worthy of popularization and application.
