摘要
为了面对高校完全学分制改革、信息技术快速发展、社会思潮不断涌入带来的新挑战,高校需要实现全员全过程全方位育人,创新育人方法。通过对广东外语外贸大学的实例分析,探索新时代高教改革背景下大学生“三全育人”的应对策略,结合互联网媒介,充分挖掘和整合学工、教学、科研等各单位优质资源,利用打破时空、强调自主、覆盖广泛、针对性强的“广外思政学时”微信小程序,建设融入课程、科研、实践、文化、网络、心理、管理、服务、资助、组织等“十大”育人体系平台。实践表明,结合走课制、跨年级制,“广外思政学时”微信小程序实现了多学院的讲座互选、师资互补、思政学时互认,有助于解决育人活动存在的硬性摊派、参与度低的难题,激发学生自愿自主的积极性,实现全员全方位育人,提高育人成效和管理水平。
In order to face new challenges of complete credit system reform in universities,rapid development of information technology,and continuous influx of social thoughts,colleges and universities are pushed to innovate education methods to realize"Three-wide education".This study aims to explore the countermeasures of college students for coping with"Three-wide education"under the context of higher education reform in the new era via case study of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies,completely tap and integrate high-quality resources of learning industrial production,teaching,and scientific research institutions in combination with internet media,and utilize the widely covering targeted"Guangwai Si Zheng Xue Shi"WeChat applet that is not limited by time and space to build an education system platform integrating curriculum,scientific research,practice,culture,network,psychology,management,service,subsidy and organization.The practice shows that,supplemented by mobile learning system and inter-grade system,the"Guangwai Si Zheng Xue Shi"WeChat applet has realized inter-college lecture selection,teaching staff complementation,and mutual recognition of ideological and political credit hours,which is conducive to solving the problems of rigid apportion and low engagement,stimulating students,initiative,realizing all-around education,and improving education effect and management level.
