西三线闽粤支干线天然气管道完整性研究

摘要 西三线闽粤支干线天然气管道,管径D813 mm,材质L485M,设计压力10 MPa。管线多以高耸山峰、沟谷河流交替为主,影响到管道的安全运行。本文借助Web GIS数据库为管道提供数据支持,对每一个分段进行研究分析。采用风险评估指数法对每段管路进行风险评估,得出完整的风险评估结果。将模型与求解方法利用Visual Basic 6.0编入应用软件,并将该软件用于实际,对管道进行了风险评估,确定了管道存在风险的位置,为管道安全运行提供便捷的管理与可靠的依据。 Fujian to Guangdong branch line in West-to-East Gas PipelineⅢhas the pipe diameter of D813 mm,material of L485 M,and design pressure of 10 MPa.Most pipelines pass through high peaks,valleys and rivers alternately,so they are inevitably eroded by various risk factors.The data support for pipeline with Web GIS database was provided,the method of dividing pipeline segments was adopted to analyze each segment,a complete risk assessment result was obtained.The model and solution method were programmed into the application software by Visual Basic 6.0,and the software was applied to practice.The risk assessment was carried out for the natural gas pipeline,and the risk position of the pipeline was determined,which provided convenient management and reliable basis for the safe operation of the pipeline.
