摘要 采用特定的水性环氧酯和丙烯酸乳液作为成膜物质进行复配,通过合理的树脂比例搭配,添加颜填料和合适的水性助剂调节性能,制备了一种可应用于汽车车架的水性工业防腐涂料。通过系统研究水性树脂种类和比例、防锈颜料、助剂等配方参数对漆膜性能的影响,得到综合性能最佳的水性涂料配方,制备的水性工业漆干燥速度快,附着力好,具有较好的耐水性和耐盐雾性能,可代替传统的溶剂型涂料,在水性工业防腐漆领域具有广泛的应用前景。 A specific water-based epoxy ester and acrylic emulsion were used as a film-forming substance for compounding.Through reasonable resin ratio matching,adding pigments and fillers and suitable water-based additives to adjust performance,a water-based industry anticorrosive coating that can be applied to automobile frames was prepared.By systematically studying the influence of waterborne resin types and ratios,anti-rust pigments,additives and other formulation parameters on the performance of the coating film,the best comprehensive performance waterborne coating formulation was obtained.The prepared waterborne industrial coating has a fast drying speed and good adhesion,and has a relatively good water resistance and salt spray resistance,can replace traditional solvent-based coatings,and has wide application prospects in the field of water-based industrial anti-corrosion coatings.
