摘要
技能大赛为广大职业院校切磋技艺、交流经验提供了平台,透过这几年的技能大赛,折射出工业分析技术专业在培养目标、课程体系、教学内容及教学资源等方面还存在诸多不足。本文通过行业企业调研,明确专业人才培养定位及目标,通过探索与实践,形成了"能力为基、素质为本、三训递进、五化一体"的人才培养模式,围绕岗位能力重构课程体系,开发实训项目,充实教学资源,优化教学方法,提高了人才培养质量。
The skills competition provides a platform for vocational colleges to learn skills and exchange experience.Through the skills competition in recent years,it reflects that there are still many deficiencies in the training objectives,curriculum system,teaching content and teaching resources of industrial analysis technology.Through the investigation and research of the industry and enterprises,the orientation and goal of the professional talent training were clarified,and through exploration and practice,the talent training mode of"ability-based,quality-based,three training progressive,five in one"was formed.Around the post ability,the curriculum system was reconstructed,the practical training projects were developed,the teaching resources were enriched,the teaching methods were optimized,and the quality of talent training was improved.
