摘要
本研究旨在探讨大学生的人格特征(包含文化普适性人格特征和文化特异性人格特征)如何影响其创业表现,利用大五人格量表和CPAI-2中的人际关系性量表,对208名大学生创业者进行问卷调查。结果显示,对于创业者的个人成长满意度,外向性、宜人性、开放性以及人际关系性具有正向线性预测作用,神经质具有负向线性预测作用,创业自我效能感在其中起到中介作用。此外,责任心和人际关系性与创业者主观个人绩效呈正U型曲线关系。本研究探究了在中国文化背景下,创业者的人格特质尤其是本土化人格特质对创业绩效的线性和非线性影响,以及创业自我效能感的中介作用,研究结果对指导大学生创业具有一定的现实意义。
In the wave of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,Chinese college students entrepreneurial willingness is rising,but the survival rate of entrepreneurship projects is not optimistic.It is necessary to explore how the personality characteristics of college students affect their entrepreneurial performance.To explore the linear and non-linear relationships between personality traits of colleageentrepreneurs and their entrepreneurship performance and the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,208 college entrepreneurs were investigated using Big Five Personality Scale and CPAI-2 Interpersonal Relatedness Scale.The results show that Extraversion,Agreeableness,Openness and Interpersonal Relatedness have a positive linear predictive effect and Neuroticism has a negative linear predictive effect on individual growth satisfaction.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy mediates the relationships between personality traits and personal growth satisfaction.In addition,Conscientiousness and Interpersonal Relatedness have a positive U-shaped curvilinear relationship with subjective entrepreneurial performance.This study explores the linear and non-linear effects of entrepreneurs personality traits,especially indigenous personality traits,on entrepreneurship performance and the mediating role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the unique cultural background of China.It has certain practical significance to guide college students to start their own businesses.
