摘要
目的:探讨间接眼底镜联合巩膜压迫器检查在新生儿眼底筛查中应用的临床意义。方法:选取某院2018年2月~2019年1月收治的行新生儿眼底筛查的患者共100例,将100例患者采用抽签分组的方式,分为对照组和研究组,对照组进行传统的眼底检查,研究组接受间接眼底镜联合巩膜压迫器检查,对比两组患者眼底疾病筛查效果。结果:研究组与对照组的筛查准确率对比,研究组共有10例存在眼底疾病,对照组共有11例存在眼底疾病,研究组的新生儿盲、视网膜病变筛查准确率(100.00%)高于对照组(63.63%),有统计学意义(χ2=4.492,P<0.05);研究组哭闹不止、呼吸加快、结膜下出血等并发症发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(14.00%),有统计学意义(χ2=4.891,P<0.05);研究组的家属满意度显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(t=14.391,P<0.05)。结论:新生儿眼底筛查中采用间接眼底镜联合巩膜压迫器检查,能够有效的筛查新生儿眼底疾病,筛查准确率高,且不会导致患者出现严重不适症状,并发症发生率低,该筛查方法值得推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of indirect ophthalmoscope combined with scleral compressor examination in neonatal fundus screening.Methods:A total of 100 cases of neonatal fundus screening in a hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group by lottery.The control group received traditional fundus examination,while the study group received indirect ophthalmoscope combined with scleral compressor examination.The screening effect of fundus diseases was compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing the screening accuracy between the study group and the control group,there were 10 cases of fundus diseases in the study group and 11 cases in the control group.The screening accuracy of neonatal blindness and retinopathy in the study group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(63.63%),with statistical significance(χ2=4.492,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(2.00%),such as crying,rapid breathing and subconjunctival appearance was significantly lower than that in the control group(14.00%)(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).The family satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=14.391,P<0.05).Conclusion:Indirect ophthalmoscope combined with scleral compressor examination in neonatal fundus screening can effectively screen neonatal fundus diseases,with high screening accuracy,and will not cause severe discomfort,with low incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
