摘要
目的:对比分析奥美拉唑与雷尼替丁治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月某院消化内科诊治的113例十二指肠溃疡病患,随机分为参照组56例和观察组57例,参照组应用雷尼替丁,观察组应用奥美拉唑,观察并对比分析临床疗效。结果:不同药物治疗后,观察组溃疡愈合率70.18%、治疗总好转率96.49%均显著高于参照组44.62%、83.93%(χ^2=5.07,P<0.05);对比两组病患的溃疡愈合时间、疼痛消失时间、疼痛程度评分、生活质量评分等临床指标,观察组各项指标均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:与雷尼替丁比较,奥美拉唑治疗十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效更显著,有效缩短治疗时间,加快临床症状消失,减轻病患痛苦,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of omeprazole and ranitidine in the treatment of duodenal ulcer.Methods:A total of 113 patients with duodenal ulcer who were diagnosed and treated in a hospital from January 20 to 2019 were selected and randomly divided into reference group(56 cases)and observation group(57 cases).The reference group was treated with ranitidine,and the observation group was treated with omeprazole,then the clinical efficacy was observed and compared.Results:After treatment with different drugs,the ulcer healing rate of the observation group was 70.18%,and the total improvement rate of treatment was 96.49%,which were significantly higher than those of the reference group(44.62%,83.93%,χ^2=5.07,P<0.05).The clinical indicators such as time,pain disappearance time,pain degree score,and quality of life score were significantly better in the observation group than in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ranitidine,the clinical efficacy of omeprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcer is more significant,effectively shortening the treatment time,accelerating the disappearance of clinical symptoms and reducing the suffering of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
