雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌液体发酵条件的优化 被引量:4

摘要 为了探索雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌液体发酵的最适条件,试验以液体发酵培养过程中的菌体干质量、菌球形态、多糖含量为指标,对雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌液体发酵的温度、装液量、转速、最佳生长时间等发酵条件进行筛选和优化。结果表明,雁北嗜蓝孢孔菌最适液态发酵条件为:温度30℃、装液量130 mL于250 mL的培养瓶中、摇床转速150 r/min、生长周期16 d;在此条件下培养的液体菌种,不仅菌球干质量大、多糖含量高,而且菌球形态较好、菌球大小较均匀。 To explore the optimum conditions of liquid fermentation of of Fomitiporia yanbeiensis S.Guo&L.Zhou.in Yanbei,the dry quality of mycelium,morphology of mycelium balls and polysaccharide content during liquid fermentation were taken as indicators,the fermentation conditions such as temperature,liquid volume,rotation speed and the best growth time were screened and optimized.The results showed that the optimum liquid fermentation conditions were as follows:temperature 30℃,liquid volume 130 mL in 250 mL culture bottle,shaker speed 150 r/min,growth cycle 16 d.Under these conditions,not only the dry quality and polysaccharide content of the mycelium ball were large,but also the shape and size of mycelia were better.
