中医药防治膝骨关节炎生物力学机制的进展 被引量:8

Research Progress of Biomechanical Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Preventing and Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

摘要 力学因素在膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的发病及进展中起重要作用。近年来大量研究证实,肌力下降、本体感觉功能减退、下肢力线失常、步态失稳是膝骨关节炎病程的重要影响因素,彼此互为因果,形成恶性循环。随着中医药的发展,结合现代解剖学、生物力学的新技术逐渐兴起,从生物力学层面探讨中医药防治膝骨关节炎的研究越来越成熟。该文将从中医药干预可增强膝周肌肉力量,改善软组织性能;改善本体感觉功能,提高运动控制能力;纠正下肢力线异常,恢复筋骨平衡;提高步行速度,增加步态稳定等几个方面进行阐述,为以后研究者提供一定参考。 Mechanical factors play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that decreased muscle strength,decreased proprioceptive function,abnormality of lower limbs,and gait instability are important influencing factors of the course of knee osteoarthritis.They are mutually causal and form a vicious circle.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine,new technologies combining modern anatomy and biomechanics have gradually emerged.The research on the prevention and treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine from the biomechanical level has become more and more mature.In this article,the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the muscle strength around the knee and improve the performance of soft tissue;improve proprioception and movement control;correct the abnormality of the lower limbs and restore the balance of muscles and bones;improve walking speed and increase gait stability.Elaboration,to provide a certain reference for future researchers.
