摘要
电磁波随钻测量(EM-MWD)通过低频电磁波信号将钻孔内近钻头处的测量数据传输至孔口,可用于煤矿井下钻探施工,是一种先进的无线随钻测量技术。基于三维地质模型研究电磁波在煤矿井下地层中传输损耗特性,利用噪声频谱分析、变频通信等技术手段,开发了适用于煤矿井下EM-MWD的小信号检测技术。测试结果表明,使用该技术可在井下环境噪声中检测到10μV的微弱信号,输入信号动态范围达100 dB,小信号增益最高可达到120 dB,该技术满足中深钻孔钻进对EM-MWD系统的要求。
Electromagnetic Measurement While Drilling(EM⁃MWD)transmits the measurement data near the bit in the borehole to the hole opening through the low frequency electromagnetic wave signal.It can be used in the underground drilling construction of coal mine.It is an advanced wireless while drilling measurement technology.Based on the three⁃dimensional geological model,the transmission loss characteristics of electromagnetic wave in the underground strata of coal mine are studied.The small signal detection technology suitable for EM⁃MWD of coal mine is developed by means of noise spectrum analysis,frequency conversion communication and other technical means.The test results show that the technology can detect 10μV weak signal in the underground environment noise,the dynamic range of input signal is 100 dB,and the maximum gain of small signal is 120 dB.The technology can meet the requirements of EM⁃MWD for medium deep drilling.
