陆对海定向钻穿越技术在海洋工程的探索与实践 被引量:4

摘要 为解决崖城13-1管道高栏支线项目海底管道登陆段施工存在的诸多困难和风险,尝试采用陆对海定向钻穿越技术,通过定向钻穿越方案的优化设计、精确控制导向孔精度和海底管道回拖的高效实施,高质量完成海底管道登陆段施工作业。降低了对环境的影响,提高了工程施工效率,较原海底管道预挖沟回填方案节省工期和费用。国内海洋油气田开发海底管道定向钻穿越登陆的实践,为后续国内类似油气输送管道定向钻穿越的设计和施工提供了宝贵经验。 In order to solve many difficulties and risks in the landing construction of the subsea pipeline of Gaolan branch pipeline project of Yacheng 13-1 pipeline,the land to sea directional drilling crossing technology is tried to be adopted,and the landing construction of the subsea pipeline is completed with high quality,through the optimal design of the directional drilling crossing scheme,precision control of guide hole and the efficient implementation of the submarine pipeline back drag.It reduced environmental impact and improved the construction efficiency of the project.Compared with the original subsea pipeline pre excavation and backfilling scheme,it saves about 110 days and 30 million yuan.The successful practice of directional drilling and landing of subsea pipeline for offshore oil and gas field development in China,provides valuable experience for the design and construction of similar oil and gas transmission pipeline.
