摘要
在特殊的地层条件下采用旋挖钻机成孔时,常规的泥浆护壁、清水护壁可能无法彻底解决孔壁垮塌问题。采用旋挖钻机+搓管机工法,将钢护筒夹持在搓管机钳口中,从而形成“硬护壁”,能够有效解决深厚填土、淤泥质土等特殊地层桩基成孔困难问题。
When the rotary drilling rig is used in special formation conditions,the conventional mud wall protection and water wall protection may not completely solve the hole wall collapse problem.By adopting the construction method of rotary drilling rig and pipe rolling machine,the steel protecting cylinder is clamped in the tongs of the pipe rolling machine,thus forming a"hard wall protection",which can effectively solve the problem of hole forming of pile foundation in deep fill,muddy soil and other special strata.
