摘要
目的探究网络化图像教育资源整合模式在耳鼻喉科临床教学中的应用。方法选择本校290名本学生为研究群体,其研究开始时间是2015年9月,结束时间是2016年6月。依据教学方式差异将其分成参照组(150名)以及研究组(140名)。研究组给予网络化图像教学资源整合模式;对照组给予传统教学模式,观察临床医学生课堂随机问答、书面测试考核成绩以及学生调查问卷回馈信息,通过统计学软件方式分析上述指标。结果研究组教学前、期中与参照组理论测试成绩对比显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组理论知识教学后成绩均优于参照组,组间对比显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学前、期中与参照组临床病例综合分析考核成绩对比显示差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在临床病例综合分析方面,研究组得分高于参照组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教师教学形式、教师教学态度、课堂氛围、师生交流以及教师教学技能方面,研究组满意程度均高于参照组,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论网络化图像教学资源整合模式较传统教学模式可有效提高学生理论成绩以及临床分析思维,且受到医学生的欢迎。
Objective To study the application of networking graph teaching resource integration mode during the otolaryngology teaching.Methods 290 otolaryngology major students from September 2015 to June 2016 were selected and assigned to reference group(150 cases)and study group(140 cases)according to different teachingmodes.The research group was given a networked image teaching resource integration model,the control group was given a traditional teaching model,observe clinical medical students’classroom random question and answer,written test assessment results and student questionnaire feedback,and analyzing the above indicators through statistical software.Results Before teaching and at mid-semester,the examination scores of theory knowledge between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),after teaching,the examination scores of theory knowledge in the study group were significantly better than reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),before teaching and at mid-semester,the clinical case analysis scores between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),the clinical case analysis scores in the study group were significantly higher than reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the students’satisfaction scores about the teacher’s instructional mode,attitudes,classroom atmosphere and professional skills in the study group were significantly higher than reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching mode,the networking graph teaching resource integration mode can improve student’s theory knowledge examination scores,clinical analytical thinking and learning interests.
