摘要
随着生物医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学模式的转变,心理因素在疾病的发生、发展、转归及预后中所起的作用越来越受到重视。教育以结果为导向,这就要求,培养一名合格的医生,只有使其掌握基本的医学专业基础知识与医学心理学知识、了解人的生物属性与社会属性,才能更好地为医学事业服务。要实现这一目标,为社会医疗保健系统输送优秀的医务人员,课程建设是最基本的环节。随着高等教育信息化的迅速发展,信息技术正以惊人的速度改变着大学的教育方式和大学生的学习方式,并且创造出一个全新的教育时空。学校借鉴国际医学教育的培养标准和模式,根据医学心理学这门课程的特点和具体的教学内容,采用现代信息技术、现代教育技术与传统的教学模式相结合的方式,组织和进行教学改革,实现信息技术与课程的整合(integrating information technology into the curriculum,IITC),运用现代化网络教学技术,以“网络课程”的形式作为一种平台,形成立体化教学模式,增加了学生的学习兴趣,使医学生更好地掌握医学心理学的知识,在将来的工作中把心理学的知识和方法运用于医学领域中,研究和解决整个医学领域中的心理行为问题。
As the change of biomedical model to biopsycho-social medical model,more and more attention has been paid to the role of psychological factors in the occurrence,development,prognosis and prognosis of diseases.Education guided by the results,which requires the training of a qualified doctor.Only by making him master the basic knowledge of medical specialty and medical psychology,and understand the biological and social attributes of human beings,to better service for the medical enterprise.To achieve this goal and provide excellent medical personnel for the social health care system,curriculum construction is the most basic link.With the rapid development of higher education informationization,information technology is changing the way of university education and college students’learning at an amazing speed,and creating a new educational space-time.Reference of international medical education in our school training standard and mode,according to the characteristics of the course of medical psychology and the specific teaching content,using modern information technology,modern education technology and the combination of the traditional teaching mode,organization and teaching reform,and realize the information technology and curriculum integration(integrating information technology into the curriculum,IITC),the use of modern network teaching Technology,in the form of“network curriculum”as a platform,the formation of three-dimensional teaching modes,increase the students’interest in learning,to make medical students better grasp the knowledge of medical psychology,in the future work to apply the knowledge and methods of psychology in the medical field,research and solve the psychological behavior problems in the field of medicine.
