摘要
以复杂系统哲学为理论,将人类文明和厕所置于同一分析框架中,采用历史分析法、归纳演绎法和系统工程方法,通过系统梳理厕所变革的一般规律和典型特征,追溯“厕所革命”的变迁过程,探究“厕所革命”的动因。研究表明,厕所从一个侧面反映并推动了人类文明进程,而人类对如厕设施和粪污处理技术的变革是“厕所革命”的动因。中国作为全球生态文明建设的重要参与者、贡献者、引领者,要发挥“厕所革命”推动人类文明进程的重要作用,深入推进我国“厕所革命”,帮助发展中国家应对厕所治理,把生活系统和生态系统共生作为“厕所革命”的目标,把改厕及粪污处理技术研发作为“厕所革命”的关键,把修建生活环境一体化设施作为“厕所革命”的突破口,使厕所的技术维度和文明维度互相交融,促使生活-生态复合系统均衡良性发展,推动发展中国家厕所治理和全球生态文明建设。
Toilet is not only the most basic human physiological and sanitary facility,but also a yardstick to measure the degree of civilization.Based on the philosophy of complex systems,putting Human civilization and the toilet revolution under the same analytical framework,adopting the methods of historical analysis,inductive deduction and systems engineering and combing the general rules and typical characteristics of toilet evolution systemically,the paper explored the changing process,the causes and the development path of toilet revolution.The study showed that the toilet revolution,which focuses on the toilet reform and technology of Feces and Sewage Treatment,reflects and promotes the process of human civilization from one side.The paper suggested that as an important participant,contributor and leader of global ecological civilization construction,China should give play to an important role of toilet revolution in advancing the process of human civilization,push forward China’s toilet revolution in an in-depth way,and assist developing countries in handling the toilet improvement,with good co-existance of life system and ecosystem as the goal of“toilet revolution”,technical R&D of toilet reconstruction and excrement&sewage disposal as the key of“toilet revolution”,and construction of integrated facilities of living environment as the breakthrough of“toilet revolution”so as to form a mutual blending of toilet’s dimensions of technology and civilization,thus promoting the balanced and sound development of life-ecology compound system,the toilet management in developing countries and the progress in a global ecological civilization.
