摘要
教师薪酬分配制度是对教师劳动认同的重要标尺。中小学教师的职称与薪酬的高度契合性,既不能客观评价教师的劳动状况,又不利于调动教师工作的积极性。教师职称晋升易形成合作不良和恶性竞争,给学校治理带来了巨大困难。教师薪酬分配制度的旨趣是激发教师劳动的积极性,因此,构建以教育绩效为主,职称薪酬为辅的教师薪酬分配制度,是推动教师激励机制最优化的有效途径。
The salary distribution system of teachers is an important yardstick for teachers'labor identification.The professional title and salary of primary and secondary school teachers are highly compatible,which can neither objectively evaluate teachers'labor conditions nor motivate teachers'work enthusiasm.The promotion of teachers'professional titles tends to form bad cooperation and vicious competition,which brings great difficulties to school governance.The purview of teacher salary distribution system is to stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers'labor.Therefore,it is an effective way to promote the optimization of teacher incentive mechanism to build a teacher salary distribution system that focuses on educational performance and supplemented by professional title salary.
