摘要
将军庙混凝土面板砂砾坝是新疆奎屯河引水工程的重要组成部分,关系到整个调水工程的成败。该坝坝址地质条件极为复杂,坝体左岸和河床坐落在基岩上,右岸坝体坐落在古河槽深厚覆盖层上,坝体防渗采取了混凝土面板联合地下混凝土防渗墙方案。由于软、硬坝基相接的建基面条件对坝体变形协调和防渗体应力变形不利,且坝址区域历史人类活动频繁,在右岸古河槽覆盖层区域分布着大量埋深不同的淘金洞,可能在上覆荷载作用下发生坍塌,危及工程安全。为应对这一系列技术难题,采用三维有限元数值方法对坝体结构安全进行了论证,分析了坝体、防渗体应力变形、接缝变位等情况,并给出了对覆盖层地基中的淘金洞进行跟管灌浆、优化施工次序和提高碾压密实度等以使坝体变形协调,以及防渗墙上下游区域进行固结灌浆以减小防渗墙与连接板接缝沉陷变位等工程措施。研究成果对复杂地基条件下面板坝地基处理和结构设计具有重要参考价值。
Jiangjunmiao Concrete Face Sandy Gravel-Fill Dam is an important component of Kuitun River Water Diversion Project in Xinjiang under a quite complicated in situ geological condition,of which the left bank of the dam body and the riverbed are located on the foundation rock,while the right bank dam body is situated upon the deep overburden of an ancient river channel,thus the construction scheme of combining concrete face-slab with underground cutoff-wall is adopted for the dam body.Due to the unfavorability from the dam foundation plane of joining soft dam foundation with hard dam foundation toward the deformation compatibility of the dam body and the stress deformation of the anti-seepage body as well as the frequent historical human activities within the area of the dam site,e.g.many gold digging caves are distributed in the area of the ancient river channel overburden on the right bank,collapses are possibly to occur therein under the effect of the overlying load and then endanger the project safety.In order to deal with this series of problems,the structural safety of the dam body is demonstrated by means of the relevant 3-D finite numerical method,in which the stress deformations of the dam body and the anti-seepage body,joint displacement,etc.are analyzed,and then the engineering measures of casing-grouting for the gold digging cave in the foundation overburden,optimizing the construction sequence,increasing the rolling compaction density for coordinating the deformation of the dam body as well as the consolidation grouting within both the upstream and the downstream areas for reducing the settlement displacement of the joint between the cutoff-wall and the jointing slab,etc.are given out.The study made herein has an important referential value for the foundation treatment and the structure design of the concrete face sandy gravel-fill dam under the condition of complicated foundation.
