摘要 在"双一流"建设大背景下,学术英语教师所必备的专业素养成为时代研究的重大主题。在学术英语学科的重新定位中,探究高校学术英语教师应具备的新素养内涵,以构建真正意义上的学术英语师资复合型培养模式,拓展学术英语教师的职业发展广度和深度,进而推动学术英语学科的可持续发展,全面助推一流本科和研究生教育。 Under the background of the construction of"Double First-Class",the professional literacy necessary for academic English teachers has become a major theme of era research.In the repositioning of academic English subject,this paper explores the new literacy connotation that academic English teachers in colleges and universities should possess,in order to achieve a true compound training model of academic English teachers,expand the breadth and depth of professional development of academic English teachers,promote the sustainable development of academic English subject,and comprehensively promote first-class undergraduate and graduate education.
