摘要
采用完全随机区组设计,调查了3种不同种源杜仲的发芽率,对比分析其试验林的生长性状,结果表明:3种杜仲在生长适应性方面存在着极显著差异;江西省宜春市的种源发芽率、苗高、地径、平行冠幅、垂直冠幅、枝下高生长状况均优于其它2种种源;不同种源的杜仲均具有高遗传力和变异系数,其性状间的差异是由各种源本身的遗传特性引起的。
The germination rate of three different Eucommia ulmoides provenances and the growth characteristics of experimental forests were investigated using a completely random block design.The results showed significant differences in growth adaptability among the three provenances.The germination rate,seedling height,ground diameter,parallel crown width,vertical crown width,and under-branch height of the Yichun provenance in Jiangxi Province were better than those of the other two provenances.E.provenances have high heritability and coefficients of variation,and the differences in characters are caused by the genetic differences among different provenances.
