摘要 为降低开发成本、减少人员操作及设备维修费用,利用现代科学技术、网络技术等手段,在保证本质安全生产的前提下,通过采取工艺系统简易化及压力等级分界最少化、排放系统简易化、海底管道环路设计、工艺系统数据远传及远程控制等措施,将海上某平台工艺系统设计为无人化生产模式,最大程度地降低了人员登临平台的操作维护频率。平台工艺系统的无人化设计,为公司保持“低成本优势”战略的可持续发展提供了新思路。 In order to reduce the cost of development,reduce the cost of personnel operation and equipment maintenance,modern science and technology,network technology and other means are used to ensure the intrinsic safety of production.On the premise of ensuring the intrinsic safety of production,the simplification of process system and pressure level boundary,the simplification of discharge system,the design of subsea pipeline loop and the remote transmission of process system data are adopted And remote control measures,the process system of a offshore platform is designed as unmanned production mode,which reduces the frequency of people boarding the platform to the greatest extent.The unmanned design of the platform process system effectively breaks through the bottleneck of improving quality,reducing cost and increasing efficiency under the environment of low oil price,provides new ideas for the company to maintain the“low cost advantage”strategy of sustainable development.
