智能变电站二次回路三维建模及全景可视化研究 被引量:13

摘要 随着电网三维建设的稳步开展与推进,当前智能变电站光纤回路平面可视化仅局限于二次检修光纤回路信息读取及故障快速定位,已难以满足智能变电站二次检修的运维需求;同时,针对智能变电站二次系统三维建模等关键技术缺失、三维场景相关高级应用缺乏的现状,本文提出了三维模型快速成像及自动布线技术,实现面向智能变电站二次回路的三维全景可视化,通过Unity3D引擎构建了二次对象三维模型库,借鉴《智能变电站光纤回路建模及编码技术规范》在变电站物理配置说明(SPCD)模型文件中扩展电缆回路、端子排、硬压板、三维模型接口等属性信息,实现供电设备模型信息的完整性和交互性,利用三维全景展示逆向解析技术实现了智能变电站二次系统三维模型、电缆回路、光纤回路、逻辑回路、设备信息等内容在三维场景下的实景可视化及互动化展示,填补了变配电二次系统领域三维模型配置、交互、展示等空白,便于设计院电网三维一次设计成果与二次系统的融合,扩展了二次系统三维模型的应用空间,并在新疆博州110kV凤栖变进行了试点应用。 With the steady development and advancement of 3D grid construction,the current planar visualization of optical fiber loops in smart substations in limited to the information reading and fault location of optical fiber loops for secondary maintenance,which has been unable to meet the operation and maintenance requirements of secondary maintenance for smart substations.At the same time,key technologies such as 3D modeling of secondary systems for smart substations are lacking,and advanced applications related to 3D scenes are lacking.Status quo.This paper proposes rapid imaging of 3D models and automatic wiring technology to realize 3D panoramic visualization of the secondary loop of smart substations.A 3D model library of secondary objects is constructed by the Unity 3D engine.The SPCD model file extends attribute information such as cable loops,terminal strips,hard pressure plates,and three-dimensional model interfaces to achieve the completeness and interactivity of the power supply equipment model information.The three-dimensional panoramic display reverse analysis technology is used to realize the three-dimensional model of the secondary system of the intelligent substation.Real-time visualization,and interaction display of cable loops,optical fiber loops,logic loops,and equipment information in three-dimensional scenes,filling the gaps in the configuration,interaction,and display of three-dimensional models in the field of secondary power distribution systems.The integration of the three-dimensional design results of the power grid with the secondary system has expanded the application space of the three-dimensional model of the secondary system,and has been applied in the pilot project of 110kV Fengqi transformer substation in Bozhou,Xinjiang.
