摘要
以宁煤集团某矿为依托,利用SolidWorks建立三维仿真模型,通过流体力学软件CFD进行风流-粉尘运移分布规律分析。通过模拟分析结果,对薄煤层综采工作面提出了2种综合降尘方法,并且通过数值模拟结果发现,尘源捕获式采煤机对尘源处粉尘有很好的净化效果。最后,对综采面粉尘防治技术提出新的展望。
Based on a mine of Ningmei group,used SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional simulation model,and used CFD software to analyze the distribution of air flow and dust.Through the simulation analysis results,two kinds of comprehensive dust reduction methods were proposed for the thin coal seam fully mechanized mining face,and through the numerical simulation results,it was found that the dust source capture shearer has a good purification effect on the dust source.Finally,a new prospect of dust control technology in fully mechanized face is put forward.
