摘要
液压卡盘是煤矿钻机非常重要的组成部件,其性能直接关系着整个钻机的工作效率。通过对比目前2种常用卡盘工作原理和缺点,设计了一种新型的五爪液压卡盘。主要介绍五爪卡盘的工作原理,确定了卡盘卡瓦的夹紧力和卡盘弹簧打开卡瓦所需要的推力。经过实验室测试,新型五爪液压卡盘完全达到了设计要求,也能够满足煤矿钻机的使用要求。
Hydraulic chuck is a very important part of the coal mine drilling rig,and its performance is directly related to the working efficiency of the entire drilling rig.By comparing the advantages and working principle of two commonly used chucks,a new type of five-jaw hydraulic chuck was designed.Mainly introduced the working principle of the five-jaw chuck,and determined the clamping force of the chuck slip and the thrust required for the chuck spring to open the slip.After laboratory testing,the new type of five-jaw hydraulic chuck fully meets the design requirements and can also meet the requirements of coal mine drilling rigs.
