摘要
目的本文建立了测定三层共挤输液用袋中抗氧剂1010、330、1076、168含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法采用加热回流方法提取抗氧剂,HPLC检测其含量。结果抗氧剂1010、330、1076、168分别在质量浓度(1~200)μg·mL-1、(0.5~200)μg·mL-1、(2~200)μg·mL-1、(3~200)μg·mL-1内具有良好的线性关系(R≥0.9998),对应的平均回收率分别为99.1%(RSD=2.7%)、95.1%(RSD=1.9%)、97.7%(RSD=2.9%)和96.2%(RSD=2.4%)。结论本法操作简便、准确灵敏,可用于测定三层共挤输液用袋中抗氧剂的含量,同时为其使用安全性提供数据参考。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination extraction contents of antioxidants 1010,330,1076 and 168 in 3-layer co-extrusion infusion bags by HPLC.METHODS Heating reflux method was adopted to extract antioxidants which contents were detected by HPLC.RESULTS The calibration curves of antioxidants 1010,330,1076 and 168 were linear over the concentration range of(1~200)μg·mL-1、(0.5~200)μg·mL-1、(2~200)μg·mL-1、(3~200)μg·mL-1,respectively(R≥0.9998),that average recoveries of the antioxidants correspond to 99.1%(RSD=2.7%),95.1%(RSD=1.9%),97.7%(RSD=2.9%)and 96.2%(RSD=2.4%).CONCLUSTION The proposed method is simple,precise and sensitive,and can be adopted to detect the contents of antioxidants in 3-layer co-extrusion infusion bag.
