高校课程思政教学团队建构探析 被引量:62

摘要 21世纪以来全国高校开展的大规模、多主题的教学团队建设活动,可为高校推进课程思政提供经验与方法指导。同时,教学团队在课程思政建设中又有其必要性:挖掘思政资源、发挥隐性思政作用、传承立德树人教育观念等,都需要集体智慧、团队力量。课程思政类教学团队的建设围绕提升育人能力而展开,可在满足课程思政建设要求、满足大学生成才需求、用马克思主义价值观来凝聚团队精神、建立正向与互促的团队关系等方面多作探索,以此形成团队合力,确保课程思政建设的高效推进。 Promoting ideological and political work in university curriculum and building high-level teaching team has its realistic foundation at present:the large-scale,multi-themed teaching team building activities carried out by colleges and universities across the country since the 21st century have accumula ted valuable experience,which can be used for reference.At the same time,the teaching team also has its necessity in the construction of curricular ideological and political education.The collective wisdomand team strength undoubtedly contributes to the tapping of ideological and political resources,the exer-tion of recessive functions of ideological and political education,and the inheritance of moral education ideas.The construction of the course ideological and political teaching team should be centered on improving the abilities of educating college students.The educators can make more explorations in such aspects as meeting the requirements for the construction of course ideological and political education,meeting the demands for college students development,using Marxist values to upgrade the teamwork,and establishing positive and mutually reinforcing team relations to form team joint effort,thus ensuring the efficient promotion of the construction of course ideological and political education.
