摘要
目的评价性成熟前大鼠单侧精索血管高位结扎对其性成熟后性激素水平的远期影响。方法选择16只30日龄健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为实验组和假手术组(对照组),每组8只,实验组分离出精索血管,在距睾丸上方2 cm处结扎并切断,建立右侧精索血管高位结扎动物模型,对照组只分离出精索血管,不予结扎离断。于术后30 d取静脉血,检测血清黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)和睾酮(testosterone,T)水平;取双侧睾丸行组织病理学观察。结果术后30 d已达性成熟期的大鼠,实验组血LH浓度[(172.37±14.27)mIU/ml]高于对照组[(164.68±13.38)mIU/ml],实验组血FSH浓度[(47.56±30.25)m IU/ml]低于对照组[(51.02±20.32)mIU/ml],实验组血T浓度[(50.99±5.04)nmol/L]低于对照组[(59.47±20.71)nmol/L],但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组大鼠手术侧睾丸出现不同程度的病理改变,对照组大鼠手术侧睾丸形态结构正常。结论实验组术侧睾丸出现不同程度病理改变,说明单侧精索血管高位结扎可能会对该侧睾丸功能产生影响,但此术式未对血清性激素水平造成远期影响,考虑与对侧睾丸功能的代偿有关,其机制需进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the long-term effects of unilateral high cluster ligation of spermatic veins and arteries in immature rats on sex hormone levels.Methods Sixteen 30-day-old healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the experimental group and the sham operation control group,eight rats were in each group.Thirty days after the operation,venous blood was collected and the levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),and testosterone(T)were measured;bilateral histopathological observation of testis was performed.Results The serum LH concentration in the experimental group[(172.37±14.27)m IU/ml]was higher than that in the control group[(164.68±13.38)mIU/ml].The serum FSH concentration in the experimental group[(47.56±30.25)mIU/ml]was lower than that in the control group[(51.02±20.32)mIU].The serum T concentration in the experimental group[(50.99±5.04)nmol/L]was lower than that in the control group[(59.47±20.71)nmol/L].But there were no statistically significant differences in LH,FSH and T between the two groups(P>0.05).The testis of the experimental group presented different degrees of case changes,while the morphology and structure of the control group were normal.Conclusions The different degree of pathological changes in the testis in the experimental group indicates that the unilateral high cluster ligation of spermatic vessels may affect the function of the testis,but this operation doesn’t have a long-term impact on the serum sex hormone levels,which should be considered to be related to the compensation of testicular function,and its mechanism should be further studied.
