摘要
本文通过查阅国内外大量有关富血小板血浆对急性新鲜创面、慢性难愈性创面、肌腱病及周围神经损伤修复等方面的治疗及相关研究的资料,并进行归纳分析,总结自体富血小板血浆促进软组织损伤修复的研究现状及进展。大量文献资料表明,自体富血小板血浆中的血小板成分在经过一系列刺激后可产生多种生长因子,并且相互作用,而促进急、慢性创面快速愈合;在肌腱病治疗中对急性损伤修复近期效果显著,但对慢性肌腱、韧带损伤及周围神经损伤等方面的研究相对较少,其疗效缺乏大量动物实验及临床试验支持,仍需进一步探索研究。
This article reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign data on the treatment and related research of platelet rich plasma on acute fresh wound,chronic refractory wound,tendon disease and peripheral nerve injury repair,and summarized the research status and progress of platelet rich plasma in promoting soft tissue injury repair.A large number of literature data showed that platelet components in platelet rich plasma could produce many kinds of growth factors after a series of stimulation,and interact with each other to promote the rapid healing of acute and chronic wounds;in the treatment of tendon diseases,the short-term effect on the repair of acute injuries is significant,but the Research on chronic tendon,ligament injury and peripheral nerve injury is relatively small,and its treatment However,there is a lack of support from animal experiments and clinical trials.
