Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Weifuchun combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobactor pylori(Hp)infection related gastritis in children and its influence onpepsinogen(PG)expression. Methods A total of 150 children with Hp infection related gastritis admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected and divided into combination group(75 cases,Weifuchun+triple therapy based on omeprazole)and control group(75 cases, triple therapy based on omeprazole)by random number table method. After 21 d of treatment, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment and Hp eradication rate of the combination group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The main adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment were rash, gastrointestinal reactions, nausea and vomiting, dizziness, and there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the serum PGⅠand PGⅡlevels of the two groups decreased, and those in the combination group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Weifuchun combined with triple therapy in the treatment of Hp infection related gastritis in children has a significant clinical effect, which can increase the eradication rate of Hp,promote the normal expression of PG,and will not increase the adverse reactions.
