摘要
目的分析优化急诊护理流程对急性心肌梗死患者救治效果、满意度的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的90例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,按护理方法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。对照组予以常规急诊护理,研究组予以优化急诊相关护理流程,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组的分诊评估时间、急诊心电图时间、急诊停留时间以及急救时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的心肌梗死复发率明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论优化急诊护理流程用于急性心肌梗死疾病患者中,能够提高其满意度,还能有效提升临床救治效果。
Objective To analyze the influences of optimized emergency nursing process on the treatment effect and satisfaction of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into control group and study group according to nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing,and the study group was given optimized emergency nursing process.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The triage evaluation time,emergency ECG time,emergency stay time and first aid time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of myocardial infarction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency nursing process for patients with acute myocardial infarction can not only ameliorate satisfaction,but also effectively improve the clinical treatment effect.
