狭小空间粉土地层盾构接收施工技术研究

摘要 在狭小空间、粉土层、周边建构筑物沉降要求苛刻的盾构接收过程中易产生流砂、涌水、周边建构筑物沉降超限等突发情况,施工安全风险非常高,易造成重大安全事故。以徐州地铁2号线09标市政府站至汉源大道站区间右线盾构接收为背景,针对接收端头环境复杂、盾构接收风险很大等问题,提出“三轴搅拌+高压旋喷+钢套筒”盾构接收。 In the process of receiving shield machine with narrow space,silt layer and surrounding building structure settlement demanding,it is easy to produce such unexpected situations as quicksand,water gushing,settlement of surrounding building structure exceeding limit,etc.The construction safety risk is very high,and it is easy to cause major safety accidents.Based on the background of receiving shield machine on the right line-Hanyuan Avenue Station at 09 standard city government station of Xuzhou Metro Line 2,this paper puts forward the " three-axis mixing high pressure rotary jet steel sleeve" shield machine receiving for the complex environment of receiving end head and the great risk of receiving shield machine.
