卒中后上肢肌间协同耦合分析研究 被引量:4

摘要 从运动的产生与执行角度,探讨肌肉协同模型中协同肌的耦合强度差异,能够为卒中患者康复运动提供生理依据。12名健康人和13名卒中患者参与了这项研究。利用非负矩阵分解算法,从上肢记录的8通道表面肌电数据中提取肌肉协同作用,然后在α、β、γ频段上利用相干性面积指标评估协同肌间的耦合强度。卒中患者的协同作用中,主要被激活的三角肌前束(AD)的协同关系发生了变化,相应地,协同肌在β频段的耦合强度存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。肌间协同耦合特性相近:AD与三角肌中束(MD)具有较高的协同关系,在γ频段具有较高的耦合强度,非协同肌之间的耦合较弱。肌间协同耦合特性的变化可以作为卒中患者运动功能障碍的重要指标。 From the perspective of the generation and execution of movement,the difference of the coupling strength of the synergetic muscle in the muscle synergy model can provide physiological evidence for the rehabilitation exercise of stroke patients.12 healthy people and 13 stroke patients participated in the study.The muscle synergy was extracted from the 8-channel sEMG data recorded in the upper limb by using the non-negative matrix factorization algorithm,and then the coupling strength between the synergetic muscles was evaluated by using the coherence area index in the α、β、γ frequency bands.In the synergistic effect of the stroke patients,the synergistic relationship of the mainly activated anterior deltoid(AD)was changed.Correspondingly,the coupling strength of the synergetic muscles in theβband was significantly different(p<0.05).The characteristics of intermuscular synergetic coupling are similar:AD has a higher synergistic relationship with the middle deltoid(MD),and has a high coupling strength in theγband.The coupling between non-synergetic muscles is relatively weak.The changes of the characteristics of intermuscular synergetic coupling can be used as an important indicator of motor dysfunction in stroke patients.
