摘要
研究康养小镇旅游形象感知对提升小镇质量、提高游客满意度具有重要的意义。以携程、美团、大众点评等网站的游记和评论为基础,运用网络文本分析和IPA模型相结合的方法,对艾山温泉康养小镇旅游形象感知进行系统分析,发现艾山温泉康养小镇的旅游形象感知主要表现在康养资源、康养环境、康养体验、基础设施和专业服务5个方面。游客对交通设施、住宿设施等硬设施关注度并不强烈,而对内部环境、专业服务、温泉资源等软环境更加重视,在此基础上提出相关建议。
The study on tourism image perception of health town is of great significance to improve the quality of the town and improve the tourists’satisfaction.Based on the travel notes and comments of Ctrip,Meituan,Dianping,etc.,this study systematically analyzed the tourism image perception of Aishan SPA town by using the network text analysis method and IPA model.It was found that the tourism image perception of Aishan SPA town mainly included five aspects:health care resources,health care environment,health care experience,infrastructure and professional services.Tourists pay less attention to the transportation facilities,accommodation facilities and other hard facilities,but pay more attention to the internal environment,professional services,hot spring resources and other soft environment.On this basis,the relevant suggestions were put forward.
