摘要
通过固相反应法制备各向同性M型永磁六角锶铁氧体Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19(x=0.1~0.5)磁性材料。采用XRD、SEM及永磁材料测试系统对结构及磁特性进行了表征。研究发现La-Co少量取代可以提高锶铁氧体永磁的磁学性能;在x=0.1~0.5的范围内获得的样品具有单一磁铅石结构,无杂相。当x增大时,内禀矫顽力增大,与此同时,最大磁能积和剩磁先增大后减小。烧结温度在1180℃附近,当La-Co取代量为x=0.2~0.3时,获得最佳磁性能,最大磁能积(BH)max为1.38 MGOe、剩磁(Br)为2.493 kOe和内禀矫顽力(Hcj)达2.981 kOe。
Strontium permanent isotropic hexaferrites Sr1-xLaxFe12-xCoxO19(x=0.1~0.5) were synthesized by the solid-state reaction method. The structure and magnetic properties of hexaferrites were characterized by XRD, SEM and permanent magnetic material testing system. It was found that the magnetic properties of the samples were improved by the replacement of La-Co. These samples were found with an order magnetoplumbite structure, no impurity phase from 0.1 to 0.5. As the x value increased, the maximum magnetic energy product(BH)max and remanence(Br) of the sample first increased and then decreased, while the intrinsic coercivity(Hcj) keeps increasing. When the sintering temperature was 1 180 ℃ and the replacement amount of La-Co was 0.2~0.3, the best magnetic properties were obtained, that is, the(BH)max was 1.38 MGOe, the Br was 2.493 kOe and the Hcj was 2.981 kOe.
