摘要
目前元城油田侏罗系油藏主要开发区块为元东、元东富县、元中、元中富县、白267等五个区块,部分井组及集油阀组因管线长、结蜡严重,冬季运行回压高,进而导致油井管线破漏、抽油机能耗增加、油井产量降低,因此油井降回压工艺在油田开发过程中也显得尤为重要。针对元城油田侏罗系油藏中高回压井组的降回压工艺的优缺点进行探讨,通过对比太阳能辅助原油加温装置与传统方式,提出最合理降回压工艺,达到降低能耗、提高效率、降低油井生产回压的目的,确保原油集输系统高效运行。
at present oilfield development blocks the Jurassic reservoir is mainly for the Yuan east city,Yuan east rich county,Yuan city,Yuan rich county,white 267 in five blocks,such as part of the well group and the oil due to the serious paraffin deposit long pipeline,and valve group,winter running high back pressure,resulting in oil pipeline leakage,increase the energy consumption of pumping unit,the well production is reduced,so the well back pressure reduction process also is particularly important in the process of oilfield development.High back pressure of Yuan city oilfield Jurassic reservoirs,back pressure reduction technology of well group,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of solar assisted by comparison of crude oil heating device and the traditional way,put forward the reasonable fall back pressure process,to reduce energy consumption,improve efficiency,reduce the purpose of the back pressure oil well production and ensure the crude oil gathering and transferring system run efficiently.
