三角固定式改良侧卧位在后外侧入路微创全髋关节置换术中的临床效果分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨三角固定式改良侧卧位在后外侧入路微创全髋关节置换术中的临床效果。方法:行后外侧入路微创全髋关节置换术患者140例随机分两组,对照组选择传统侧卧位进行手术,研究组采取三角固定式改良侧卧位。观察两组并发症发生情况、Harris评分及术后VAS评分。结果:观察组并发症发生更少,Harris、VAS评分显著更优,差异(P<0.05)。结论:后外侧入路微创全髋关节置换术应用三角固定式改良侧卧位术后疼痛程度低,髋关节恢复效果更好且并发症明显减少。
