摘要
文章以新时代背景下教、学行为发生公共性转化的空间特征为线索,围绕开放活动空间系数Kα的取值范围与教、学行为和空间模式之间的关联变化规律展开研究,探讨小学教学区开放活动空间的基本量度。通过多组案例分析,初步推定Kα的适宜取值应为0.13~0.2,进而结合“前策划—后评估”的建筑设计过程闭环讨论小学开放活动空间的设计控制问题,以及Kα值作为前期决策依据、中期设计参考和用后评价指标的应用价值。
With the clue of the special feature of public transformation of teaching and learning behavior in primary schools in the context of the new era,this paper proposes the indicator of coefficient of open common space marked Kα.The basic mensuration of open common space in school buildings is then discussed based on the studies on the Kαvalue range linked with variation of teaching,learning behavior and spatial pattern.According to several case studies,it preliminarily infers that the appropriate value of Kαshould be in the range from 0.13 to 0.2.Finally,considering the loop of architectural design process from programming to post occupancy evaluation,it discusses some design control principles of open common space in primary schools,as well as the application value of Kαas the basis for early decision-making,mid-term design reference and post occupancy evaluation index.
