立体绿化建筑全寿命周期的风险研究

摘要 为满足立体绿化建筑发展要求,对立体绿化建筑的风险进行识别,为风险评估和风险管理提供参考,本文首先运用BIM模型对立体绿化建筑全寿命周期的特征情况进行情景分析,确定风险因素;其次,结合文献调研将识别出的风险因素进行整理和归纳,列出风险清单;最后,将风险清单中的22项风险因素分为社会风险、经济风险、技术风险、管理风险和自然风险5类,并针对不同类别的风险给出了应对建议。 In order to meet the development requirements of the dimensional green building,this paper identifies the risks of dimensional green building,and provides a reference for risk assessment and risk management.In this paper,the BIM model is used to analyze the characteristics of the full life cycle of dimensional green building and determine the risk factors initially.Then,the identified risk factors are combined and summarized in conjunction with literature research to develop the risk list.Finally,the 22 risk factors in the risk list are divided into five categories:social risk,economic risk,technical risk,management risk and natural risk,and the risk response suggestions are given for different types of risks.
