摘要
高职教育正处于深刻的变革当中,高职教育日益回归教育的本质属性。在此过程中,高职院校的“独特性”和“一流潜质”正在形成。同时,现行高职教育评价模式面临着评价主体利益化、评价手段单一性、评价指标零碎化带来的弊端,评价效度低下,严重阻碍了高职教育的生长。基于“独特”与“一流”建构高职教育整体性评价模式,有利于破解高职行政性和营利性困境,回归人才市场需求。该模式从人力资源供给的角度,建构起产品理念、结构设计、资源集聚、运行效能四个一级指标,并衍生出二级、三级指标,形成了整体性的评价效能。
Higher vocational education is undergoing profound changes,and higher vocational education increasingly returns to the essential attributes of education.In this process,the“uniqueness”and“first-class potential”of higher vocational colleges are being formed.At the same time,the current evaluation model of higher vocational education is faced with the disadvantages caused by the benefit of the evaluation subject,the unity of evaluation methods,and the fragmentation of evaluation indicators.The low evaluation validity has seriously hindered the growth of higher vocational education.Based on“unique”and“first-class”,the overall evaluation model of higher vocational education was constructed,which solved the administrative and profitability dilemma,and returned to the demand of the talent market.From the perspective of human resources supply,this model constructs four primary indicators of product concept,structural design,resource concentration,and operational efficiency,and derives secondary and tertiary indicators to form an overall evaluation efficiency.
