摘要
本文通过对直列三缸发动机的惯性力及力矩进行分析,并列出惯性力矩及其平衡方法的数学模型,通过实例设计某三缸发动机平衡系统,基于各相关参数实际生产控制能力,通过正态分布随机抽样,利用蒙特卡洛法模拟实际装配,统计分析不平衡量的分布。结果表明,活塞总成质量分布和连杆小头质量分布是影响不平衡量分布的主要因素,通过合理的平衡轴不平衡量设计,直列三缸发动机的一阶往复惯性力矩平衡率可控制在98.23%~101.86%范围内。
The inertia force and inertia moment of 3 cylinders Inline engine were analyzed,and the analysis formula of inertia moment and its balance method are given.Example of balance system designed via these formulas was described.Statistic analysis on unbalance mass was carried out via monte carlo method.Normal sampling were utilized to simulate the distribution of each factors of unbalance mass on manufacture and assembly process.The result shows that,the distribution of piston assembly mass and small end mass of conrod is the main cause on the unbalance mass variation,and the reciprocating inertia moment was balanced effectively via rational design of balance mass of balancer count-weight and the balancer ratio could be 98.23%~101.86%.
