摘要 为解决管理人员无法远程监控重型车辆运输过程中运行状态的问题,设计一种可实时监控车辆运行数据的车载终端系统.该系统硬件平台采用可运行Linux嵌入式系统的i.MX6UL主控芯片,集成CAN收发芯片、图像采集模块、存储单元和4G通信模块用于支持数据的远程传输.通过电源模块设计使车载终端适应重型车辆的供电系统并进行工作,终端采集到的CAN总线数据经处理后能够存储并传输到远程监控平台.测试结果表明,该系统能将车辆运行数据实时上传到监控平台. In order to solve the problem that managers cannot remotely monitor the running status of heavy vehicles during transportation,an on-board terminal system that can monitor vehicle operating data in real time was designed.The i.MX6UL main control chip was adopted in the system hardware platform which can run Linux embedded system,and the CAN transceiver chip,image acquisition module,storage unit and 4G communication module were integrated to support remote transmission of the data.By designing the power module,the vehicle-mounted terminal would be adaptable to the power supply system of heavy vehicles and start work.The CAN bus data collected by the terminal can be stored and transmitted to the remote monitoring platform after processing.The test results show that the system can upload vehicle operation data to the monitoring platform in real time.
