摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,深化供给侧结构性改革尤为重要。面对一些地方再度出现运用行政手段推进投资项目和产业发展的倾向,应科学应对疫情影响,正确把握推进供给侧结构性改革的基本取向,发挥好供给侧结构性改革对产业结构调整升级的作用。重点解决以下问题:一是处理好结构调整与深化改革的关系;二是处理好行政手段的合理运用问题;三是处理好短期政策与长期政策的关系。
Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,it is particularly important to deepen supply-side structural reforms.Faced with the tendency to reapply administrative means to promote the development of investment projects and industries in some places,we should scientifically respond to the impact of the epidemic,correctly grasp the basic orientation of advancing supply-side structural reforms,and give full play to the role of supply-side structural reforms in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.The key problems to be solved are as follows:first,the relationship between structural adjustment and deepening reform;second,the rational use of administrative means;third,the relationship between short-term policy and long-term policy.
