摘要
在“新工科”背景下,针对电气信息类行业对人才的需求,结合东北石油大学电气信息类专业的具体情况,在明析电气信息类专业人才培养模式改革需求的基础上,探讨了新形势下应用型人才在培养过程中存在的问题及对策.
In the context of the new engineering,in accordance with the demand for talents in the electri⁃cal informationindustry,combined with the specific situation of the Northeast Petroleum University electri⁃cal information major,the problems and countermeasures in the training process of applied talents under the new situation are discussed.The paperputs forward and clarifies the importance of the talent training mode reform for students'scientific and technological innovation abilitymajoring in electrical information science.It has laid a solid foundation for the delivery of new applied talents to the society.
