摘要
作为师资培养的源头能动性要素,师范院校教师教育者肩负着新时代教育师资职前培养的重任。师范院校教师教育者转型主要缘起于新时代教师教育的使命召唤、教师主体发展的自我革命和师范教育转型下的困境求生。学术挑战、生理挑战和技术挑战是师范院校教师教育者转型面临的三大挑战。面对挑战,师范院校教师教育者转型应从三方面推进:一是创辟教师学术实践场域,强化学术突破,熔铸教师教育者学术品格;二是建构教师生态服务体系,优化教师发展生态,力促教师教育者健康成长;三是加快信息技术与教育融合,提升信息技术素养,重塑教师教育者工作理念与形态。
As the source and active element of teacher training,teacher educators in normal colleges shoulder the responsibility of pre-service training of teachers in the new era.The transformation of teacher educators in normal colleges is mainly due to the call of duty of teachers’ education in the new era,the self revolution of teachers’ subject development and the dilemma of survival under the transformation of normal education.Academic challenges,physiological challenges and technical challenges are three major challenges faced by teacher educators in normal colleges.In the face of challenges,the era transformation of teacher educators in normal colleges should be promoted from three aspects:first,to create and open up the field of teachers’ academic practice,to strengthen academic breakthroughs,and to cast teachers’ academic character;second,to construct teachers’ ecological service system,to optimize teachers’ development ecology,and to promote the healthy growth of teacher educators;third,to accelerate the integration of information technology and education,and to improve information technology literacy,and to reshape the working concept and form of teacher educators.
