摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)由于其独特的分子结构、非极性的表面使其与树脂基体结合困难,界面黏结性能较差。综述了近年来对UHMWPE纤维表面改性以提升纤维与基体树脂间的黏结性能的方法和研究并对比其效果与优劣。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)is difficult to bond with resin matrix due to its unique molecular structure and non-polar surface,resulting in poor interface bonding performance.The methods and Research on surface modification of UHMWPE fiber to improve the bonding performance between fiber and matrix resin in recent years were reviewed,and the effects,advantages and disadvantages were compared.
