摘要
以价值医学为导向的整合型医疗服务模式逐渐成为全球医疗卫生服务体系改革的重点。文章以当前国家顶层设计的国家区域医疗中心建设为研究对象,借鉴价值医疗、利益相关者理论、法人治理理论和协同治理理论等理论研究成果,探索构建了包括价值医疗理念、协同治理职责体系、协同治理体制、协同治理机制和协同治理评价体系"五位一体"的多层级区域医疗中心协同治理模式,以期为建立基于价值的整合型医疗服务体系提供借鉴和理论参考。
The value-oriented integrated medical service model has gradually become the focus of the global health service system reform.This article takes the construction of the National Regional Medical Center designed as the research object,through drawing on the research results of value-oriented medicine,stakeholder theory,corporate governance theory and collaborative governance theory.A multi-level collaborative governance model of regional medical center,including value-oriented medical care,responsibility relationship system,collaborative governance system,collaborative governance mechanism and collaborative governance evaluation system is constructed.
