摘要
目的:探讨二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果及对不良妊娠结局和血脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年1月本院就诊的200例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各100例。对照组予以胰岛素常规治疗,研究组予以二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗。对比两组血糖指标、血脂代谢指标、不良妊娠结局与并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平均降低,且研究组各指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局与并发症发生情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各血脂代谢指标均降低,且研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病可有效控制血糖,改善不良妊娠结局和血脂代谢,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Metformin combined with Insulin on gestational diabetes mellitus and its effect on adverse pregnancy outcome and blood lipid metabolism.Method:A total of 200 patients with gestational diabetes who visited our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin routinely,the study group was treated with Metformin combined with Insulin.Blood glucose,blood lipid metabolism,adverse pregnancy outcome and complications were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of FPG,2 h PG and HbA1c in two groups were all decreased,the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,all the blood lipid metabolism indexes in two groups were all decreased,the study group were superior to those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Metformin combined with Insulin in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose,improve adverse pregnancy outcome and blood lipid metabolism,it’s worthy of clinical application.
