摘要
目的:探讨128层螺旋CT联合计算机辅助检测软件LMS对早期肺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2018年12月-2019年12月本院50例疑似早期肺癌患者,所有患者均接受普通CT检查与128层螺旋CT联合计算机辅助检测软件LMS检查。以病理诊断为"金标准",通过比较两种检测方法的准确度、灵敏度、特异度等效能,分析128层螺旋CT联合LMS在早期肺癌临床诊断中的价值。结果:128层螺旋CT联合计算机辅助检测软件LMS检查与普通CT检查的诊断准确度、灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为90.00%、94.90%、72.73%、92.50%、80.00%和56.00%、64.10%、27.27%、75.76%、17.65%,128层螺旋CT联合计算机辅助检测软件LMS的整体检测效能优于普通CT,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对早期肺癌患者运用128层螺旋CT联合计算机辅助检测软件LMS进行临床诊断有助于提高诊断的准确率,有助于初期尽早治疗干预,值得临床推广。
Objective:To investigate the value of 128-slice spiral CT combined with computer-aided detection software LMS in diagnosis of early lung cancer.Method:Retrospective analysis in December 2018 to December 2019 were 50 cases of suspected early lung cancer patients,all patients underwent normal CT examination and 128-slice spiral CT combined with computer-aided detection software LMS.Pathological diagnosis for the "gold standard",comparing the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity etc of the two detection methods,the value of 128-slice spiral CT combined with LMS in the clinical diagnosis of early lung cancer was analyzed.Result:The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 128-slice spiral CT combined with computer-aided detection software LMS and normal CT were respectively 90.00%,94.90%,72.73%,92.50%,80.00% and 56.00%,64.10%,27.27%,75.76%,17.65%,128-slice spiral CT combination with computer aided detection software LMS overall performance was superior to normal CT detection efficiency,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical diagnosis of early lung cancer patients with 128-slice spiral CT combined with computer-aided detection software LMS is conducive to improving the accuracy of diagnosis,early treatment and intervention,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
