摘要
文章旨在探讨日粮添加不同水平的葡萄籽提取物对正常以及脂多糖诱导的生长猪生长性能及免疫应答的影响。试验将体重一致的120头生长猪分为4组,每组30头猪,6头/重复。分别在基础日粮中添加0、50、100和150 mg/kg的葡萄籽提取物。同时在试验开始时另外选择90头和上述体重一致的猪,分别饲喂不同的日粮(基础日粮、基础日粮+100和150 mg/kg葡萄籽提取物),在试验第4周后进行LPS诱导。结果:与对照组和50 mg/kg葡萄籽提取物组相比,100和150 mg/kg葡萄籽提取物组料重比分别显著降低了10.02%、10.43%和13.27%、13.66%(P<0.05)。对照组血清肌酸酐浓度较150 mg/kg葡萄籽提取物组显著提高了20.99%(P<0.05),但谷草转氨酶(GOT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和乳酸脱氢酶活性最低(P<0.05)。LPS诱导后24 h,对照组血小板含量较150 mg/kg葡萄籽提取物组显著提高了26.29%(P<0.05)。LPS处理后2和4 h对照组血液IL-1β、TNF-α及LPS处理后4 h血液IL-6浓度均表现最高(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加葡萄籽提取物有助于防止LSP诱导后生长猪的免疫过度反应。此外,葡萄籽提取物可提高饲料效率,降低猪血清肌酐浓度。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of supplementation with different levels of grape seed extract on growth performance and immune response of normal and lipopolysaccharide induced growing pigs.The 120 growing pigs of the same weight were divided into 4 groups of 30 pigs per group and 6 pigs/repeats.The basal diet was supplemented with 0,50,100 and 150 mg/kg grape seed extract.At the beginning of the trial,an additional 90 pigs of the same weight were selected followed by addition of 0,100 and 150 mg/kg grape seed extracts to the base diet,and then induced with LPS after 4 weeks’feeding.Results:Compared with the control group and the 50 mg/kg grape seed extract group,the feed-weight ratios of the 100 and 150 mg/kg grape seed extract groups were significantly reduced by 10.02%,10.43%,13.27%and 13.66%,respectively(P<0.05).The serum creatinine concentration of the control group was significantly increased by 20.99%(P<0.05)compared with that of the 150 mg/kg grape seed extract group,but the activities of glutamate transaminase(GOT),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and lactate dehydrogenase were the lowest(P<0.05).24 h after LPS induction,the platelet content of the control group was significantly increased by 26.29%compared with that of the 150 mg/kg grape seed extract group(P<0.05).The serum IL-1,TNF-and IL-6 concentrations in the control group were the highest at 2 and 4 h after LPS treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:To sum up,the addition of grape seed extract in the diet can help prevent the immune overreaction of growing pigs induced by LSP.In addition,grape seed extract can improve feed efficiency and reduce serum creatinine concentration in pigs.
